2. Login to noqodi Wallet.

3. Select Upload Documents.

1. Upload the following documents:

  • Signed Contract
  • Trade License
  • POA (Power of Attorney) if the name of the signatory is not mentioned on the Trade License.

Once noqodi Back office team audit your documents, you will receive an official activation email of your account.


Funding How can I fund my Wallet?

Direct Debit

1. Login to noqodi Wallet.

2. Select Topup - Net Banking.

1. Enter Amount.

2. Select a Bank from the dropdown list.

3. Select Add Fund button.

1. Selected Bank’s login page will open.

2. Enter the login credentials of the bank and complete the transaction.

3. On successful completion, the Wallet will be instantly funded.


Credit Card

1. Login to noqodi Wallet.

2. Select Topup - Credit Card.

1. Enter Amount.

2. Select a Card from the dropdown list if saved in the system, else enter new card information. (card should be 3D secure)

3. Select Add Fund button.

Counter Funding

Exchange Houses & Financial Institutions

1. Customer walks into the Al Ansari Exchange or aafaq branch and provides Wallet ID & Amount.

2. On successful validation and completion, the wallet will be instantly funded.


Online Banking

There are multiple Online banking integrated with noqodi where you can login to your online bank account and find noqodi as a beneficiary for Funding services.

Credit Card

1. Login to noqodi Wallet.

2. Select Topup - Credit Card.

1. Enter Amount.

2. Select a Card from the dropdown list if saved in the system, else enter new card information. (card should be 3D secure)

3. Select Add Fund button.

2. On successful completion, the wallet will be instantly funded.


Remit to a local Bank Account

1. Login to noqodi Wallet and select Manual Top up. Fill in the required details select bank Name, enter Bank Reference ID and Amount in AED and other required information, Upload Bank receipt and save. 2. noqodi operations will verify the funds in actual bank account.

1. Upon verification, noqodi operations will transfer funds to customer noqodi wallet subject to cut off timings. Transfer request submitted will be transferred to customer noqodi wallet.

Reports How to print payments report & wallet statement?

1. Login to noqodi Wallet.

2. Choose one of the following to view a report:

  • Funding report
  • Payment report
  • Account Statement report

1. Define the period to view the report and select Get Report button.

The report will be displayed and can be downloaded in excel and PDF format.

Refunds How can I request for a Refund?

  • Please request refund against the transaction from the service provider (Merchant).
  • Service provider should approve refund request and confirm noqodi for processing.
  • Based on service provider approval, noqodi will process refund & will disburse to Customer's noqodi Wallet or Bank Transfer as per the agreed process with the Merchant.
  • All refunds will be processed in AED. For refunds to international bank accounts in foreign currency, the recipient bank will convert and credit the funds to customer account.
  • IBAN number is mandatory for refunds requested through bank transfer within UAE and outside UAE.
  • If refund is related to any technical issue and you did not receive the service or the product, noqodi will automatically process the refund to your account.

Password Maintenance How do I Reset My Password?

  • Select Reset My Password option on the noqodi login screen.
  • Enter Wallet ID.
  • Enter your registered email address in noqodi and select Send Password Reset Instructions.
  • An email will be sent to your registered email address with a link to reset your password.

Password Maintenance How do I Change my noqodi Password?

  • Login to noqodi Wallet.
  • Select Change Password option.
  • Provide your old password, new password and re-enter your new password to confirm.
  • Select Change Password button.
  • Password will get successfully updated.
