  • Visit www.noqodi.com
  • On home page select sign up for consumer.
  • Select the account type
    • Individual consumer account
    • Corporate consumer account
  • Fill in all the required details on the Registration pages.
  • Upon completion of the registration steps, details of your newly created noqodi wallet will be displayed and instructions on how to proceed will be displayed.

  3. Select the account type

    • Corporate consumer account
  4. Fill in all the required details on the Registration pages.
  5. Upon completion of the registration steps, details of your newly created noqodi wallet will be displayed and instructions on how to proceed will be displayed.
  • Step 1: Create a Virtual IBAN Account for your Wallet
    1. Login to www.noqodi.com
    2. Under Add Account.
      1. Click 'Create'
      2. Select 'Virtual Account' under Account type
      3. Provide wallet owner name in the description field and create a Virtual Accounts
    3. The system will generate Bank Account Number, IBAN and SWIFT Code. This is a dedicated unique IBAN account for your wallet.
  • Step 2: Transfer Fund
    1. Log in to your bank account
    2. Transfer fund from your account to the Virtual IBAN Account create under your wallet
  • noqodi will transfer funds to customer noqodi wallet subject to specified cut off timings.
  • noqodi Wallet can be funded through various channels:
    • Direct Debit through Partner Banks
      • Login to www.noqodi.com
      • Under Add Funds, select Electronic Transfer option
      • Enter Amount and Select Bank
      • Confirm the payment
      • noqodi will redirect the customer to selected bank login page
      • Enter bank details and confirm the payment
      • Based on confirmation received from bank, noqodi will topup customer noqodi wallet for transaction amount on real time basis
    • Credit card
      • Login to www.noqodi.com
      • Under Add Funds , Select Electronic Transfer option
      • Enter Amount and Select Option credit card
      • Enter Credit Card details and confirm the payment
      • Based on confirmation, noqodi will topup customer noqodi wallet for the transaction amount on real time basis
    • Topup through Exchange House
      • Customer to visit Exchange House and provide his noqodi wallet details
      • Exchange house user to validate wallet details real time
      • Upon customer confirmation, exchange house to collect cash from customer and process the transaction
      • Upon confirmation from Exchange house, noqodi will topup customer noqodi wallet for the transaction amount on real time basis
  • Fill the merchant transaction/ application form and click on Pay
  • Select payment mode on noqodi
  • noqodi offers payments through the following modes:
    • Ecash
      • enter noqodi wallet ID and password
      • Validate the payment
      • noqodi will confirm the payment to Merchant
    • Direct Debit through Partner Banks
      • You will be redirected to Bank website
      • Enter bank login details and confirm the payment
      • Based on confirmation from bank, noqodi will confirm the payment to Merchant
    • Cash payment through Exchange House
      • noqodi will generate and mail/ SMS the Token ID to customer
      • Customer to visit Exchange House and provide Token ID for payment completion
      • Exchange house will accept cash from customer and complete the transaction
      • Based on confirmation from Exchange House, noqodi will confirm the payment to Merchant
    • Credit Card
      • enter Credit card details and confirm the payment
      • Based on confirmation, noqodi will confirm the payment to Merchant

Note:

  • Credit card payments are allowed upto AED 10,000.
  1. Fill in the refund application form mentioning the mode of Refund (noqodi Wallet/Bank Transfer)
  2. Submit filled in Refund application form to Merchant.
  3. Merchant should approve refund request and confirm noqodi for processing.
  4. Based, on merchant approval, noqodi will process refund & will disburse to Customer noqodi Wallet or Bank Transfer as per customer request.
  5. For automated refunds, Merchant should capture refund details from the customer either during payment or later and send request to noqodi to process refund as and when necessary to the chosen mode of refund (noqodi Wallet/Bank Transfer).

Note:

  • All refunds will be processed in AED. For refunds to international bank accounts in foreign currency, the recipient bank will convert and credit the funds to customer account.
  • All Bank related service charges directly or indirectly collected by the bank will be borne by the customer.
  • IBAN number is mandatory for refunds requested through bank transfer within UAE.
  • Provide Routing code in case an account number is provided for refund request.
